At Kitchen Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused appliance in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Appliance

  Carefully place the item in its original box with all manuals, accessories, and protective padding to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned appliance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
